We were up early for our first full day in Shanghai and ready to explore the city on foot. First order of business, find a cup of coffee. Fred, Bet (Betty) and Mary on a foot bridge next to our hotel.
Crossing the street was like playing Russian roulette, you had to watch for cars and scooters all the time. Crossing with the light was always a challenge, dodging scooter.

Yu Yuan Gardens
Yu Yuan Gardens is in the oldest part of the city and is full of shops (and tourist).
